Pleasant Valley Secondary

Pleasant Valley Secondary is located in Armstrong, a beautiful rural community in the North Okanagan, with agriculture, logging, and ranching being traditional economic activities. It is located amidst the dairy and farmlands of the scenic Spallumcheen Valley. The community is well-know for hosting the Interior Provincial Exhibition and Stampede since 1899, for it’s Caravan Farm Theatre where professional actors produce and perform a number of annual events and festivals, for providing snowboarders and skiers an opportunity to enjoy nearby Silver Star Mountain Resort and for many other interesting events and opportunities.

Closest Ski Hill: Silver Star.  Many students and families drive back and forth to Silver Star on a daily basis. As well, buses run from Armstrong to Silver Star and back on both Saturday and Sunday.
